Steven R. Gundry, M.D., is the Medical Director of the International Heart and Lung Institute and Founder of The Centers for Restorative Medicine, Palm Springs and Santa Barbara, California and former Professor and Chairman of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Loma Linda University Medical School. For the past 15 years, he has pioneered the dietary and nutraceutical treatment of the ApoE4 genotype, based originally on his work at Yale University on Human Evolutionary Biology.
