Jenni Calihan created the non-profit, Eat the Butter, to start a mother-to-mother conversation about diet and health. She advocates for real-food-more-fat eating, and has been feeding her family (four kids) for twenty years. Jenni is a former consultant; she holds a Human Biology degree from Stanford and a Tuck (Dartmouth) MBA.
Jenni is interested in repackaging ideas about ancestral health so that typical parents can hear them. She is also intrigued by the potential of real food activism in local communities and bottom-up change making.
